New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center (NYPCC) is a non-profit, community-oriented mental health organization, licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health. They provide exceptional services to children, adolescents, and adults throughout the NYC area.

NYPCC believes everyone deserves access to the best mental health care, and they translate that belief into action every day. From hiring bilingual, multicultural staff who live in the neighborhoods that they serve, to staying open 7 days a week, to ongoing community outreach efforts, they are committed to improving the quality of mental healthcare services throughout the NYC area. With this construction project at 597 Courtlandt Ave, NYPCC extended its Bronx location into the lot next door, with a new 4-story building effectively doubling their space. EP Inspections and Commissioning was hired to inspect all required architectural and MEP progress and special inspections. This large-scale project required a year of architectural and MEP inspections to ensure the safety and code-compliance of the space.
