Kingswood Center II

Kingswood Center II is a newly developed 5-story office-and-retail building, totaling approximately 135,000 SF, located in the heart of Midwood, Brooklyn. Heating and cooling are provided by both large scale VRF split systems and packaged rooftop units. The VRF system provides climate conditioning for the retail areas on the ground and 2nd floor. The packaged rooftop units condition the office spaces on the 3rd – 5th floors. Due to the capacity of the mechanical systems, energy code commissioning is required for the completion of the project. Infinity Real Estate has retained EPIC to provide commissioning services for their facility.
